Consider request to rezone 75.32 +/- acres at 6541 Reinhardt College Pkwy from AG to R-40 for a single-family detached neighborhood.
Hold public hearing and consider request for rezoning of 1.38 +/- acres from R-80 to R-60 at 5966 Vaughn Road.
Hold public hearing and consider request for rezoning of 5.051 +/- acres from R-80 to GC at 11058 Cumming Hwy. Applicant is also requesting a Special Use Permit for a brewery with office, retail and restaurant space.
Hold public hearing and consider request for rezoning of 9.14 +/- acres from AG and R-80 to GC on Cumming Hwy and Wheeler Martin Drive. Applicant also requests a Special Use Permit for a Used Car Dealership.
